I. OneWholesale partners with third-party logistic service providers (referred to as "Logistic Partners") to deliver Products to users. OneWholesale’s registered sellers hands over the purchased Products to the Logistic Partner, details about the Logistic Partner who will handle the delivery of the purchased Products will be given to the User. On the order confirmation page, the User will also receive information about the approximate date of delivery of the purchased Products.:

Although OneWholesale has a limited number of regions where delivery may currently be made, it aspires to offer its services through the Platforms and guarantee the delivery of its items throughout India through registered Sellers. When placing an order for Products on the Platforms, Users must enter their pin-code information to verify that deliveries can be made to their residences. If the User requests that the purchased Products be delivered to a location that is not within the reach of OneWholesale 's established delivery network, OneWholesale will be unable to process the transaction.
III. The User will be required to enter a shipping address prior to making payments for Products on the Platforms. The User should make careful to enter correct, comprehensive, and precise information when providing shipping address details, as well as enough landmarks to help identify the address. OneWholesale will not be held responsible at any time for any failure to deliver the ordered Products resulting from the User's failure to supply accurate, complete, and correct information.
IV. The User will receive a special tracking identity number when the Sellers has successfully delivered the purchased Products to its Logistic Partner and following the successful placement of an order on the Platforms. This number will allow the User to trace the delivery progress of the purchased Products. The User may verify the location of the ordered Products and the anticipated delivery date using the tracking identifier number on the Platforms, the Logistic Partner's website, and/or its mobile application.
V. In order to ensure that the tracking status of the purchased Products is updated on time, OneWholesale must use commercially reasonable efforts. Although the tracking status is updated in real-time, OneWholesale does not guarantee its accuracy as it may contain errors due to technological issues beyond of its control or time gaps in updating the information.
VI. To deliver purchased Products to the User, a maximum of 1 (one) attempts shall be made. OneWholesale reserves the right to cancel the order for the purchased Products at its sole discretion if the User is still unreachable after 1 (one) tries. Although OneWholesale will use reasonable efforts to ensure that ordered Products are delivered to its Users on time, delivery may be delayed due to:
=> Unforeseen situations include logistical problems outside of OneWholesale 's control,
=> Strikes ,Political disruptions , employee-lockouts, etc.,
=> Unsuitable weather Conditions,
=> Natural disasters like floods and earthquakes, and other unforeseen events.
VII. OneWholesale maintains the right to impose shipping fees for Products that are paid for online or with a cash-on-delivery payment method. Except in the case of a Products having a defect at the time of delivery or reasons attributable to, and accepted by OneWholesale after due verification at its sole discretion, such charges shall not be reimbursed to the User on cancellations or returns made after the shipping of the purchased Products. Upon delivery of the purchased Products to the User, title and the risk of loss for any such Products shall transfer to the User.
